Overview
Trapped in a time corridor, the TARDIS veers off course, emerging in London's deserted docklands. In the far future, a prison ship in deep space comes under attack. These two remote events are linked by one terrible purpose.

Davros, the ruthless creator of the Daleks, has been liberated after 90 years of imprisonment to assist in the resurrection of his Dalek army. He's their best hope for finding the antidote to the deadly anti-Dalek virus devised by their longtime robotic rivals, the Movellans.

Davros sets about his appointed task with a secret agenda of his own — one that may force the Doctor to descend to Davros' level of evil.

Easter Eggs
Egg 1: Go into the Special Features menu and arrow down to highlight the "On Location" choice. Press the left arrow and a Doctor Who logo will appear and be highlighted. Select it to see the first egg. This egg is the studio clock countdown slate from the start of the master tape of episode 2, onto which a clever assistant floor manager has drawn a couple of cute Daleks.

Egg 2: Go to the second page of the Special Features menus and arrow down to highlight the "Who's Who" choice. Press the left arrow and that Doctor Who logo will appear and be highlighted again. Select it to see the egg. This egg is the full-length opening and closing Peter Davison title sequence, without any credits on it. It comes from a fresh transfer off the film, and looks exceptionally clear and sharp.
